酒店硬件一流 设施不错。整体还是不错的。下面提几个小缺点吧 。1. 大厅的服务人员的服务意识有待提高 晚上入驻 接待人员在打哈欠 一直在围观没有及时的询问顾客。2. 早上服务员打扰卫生 一直在楼道喧哗 打扫完毕后 门都是很重的关闭上。很影响没有休息完毕的旅客。3.早餐没有果汁只有柠檬水。 以上3点为一点点小提议。一般五星更需要在细节上下功夫 这点泰州的大部分5星酒店都和一线城市有不小的区别 希望越做越好！加油
