偶尔有客户招待都会安排在耀达，每次来都会给我们免费升级，今年重新装修后感觉焕然一新很不错。昨天家里宝贝过生日定了酒店的房间，前台服务很细致知道了我们宝贝过生日不但祝福了生日快乐并且酒店大堂副理还送了生日蛋糕跟水果给我们，让我们感到很温暖很惊喜，服务堪比海底捞的热情??

在前台办入住的时候，前台小姑娘看我们带了小孩子，特意询问是否需要无烟房给我们安排了无烟楼层，酒店还有提供枕头服务这让拥有颈椎病且有睡眠障碍出门在外的我有了充足的睡眠，酒店还很贴心的放置了第二天的天气预告，各个小细节都可以看出来酒店的服务，总之，很舒服的一次入住体验，NICE!

刚到酒店就有保安冒着雨帮忙寻找停车位，停完车之后宁愿自己打湿也要撑着伞送我们酒店大门口，一个黑黑的行李生（应该是个外国人）帮忙提行李，每个员工都很热情，我们到的时间比较早，酒店正好有空房，就提前入住了。入住手续办理时，酒店工作人员会主动询问是否是第一次入住，知道我是第一次入住并且第一次到台州后，很热情地介绍了台州有哪些可以游玩的地方和当地的特色小吃。在得知我们退房可能比较早来不及吃早餐的时候，前台很贴心的询问需不需要叫醒和打包早餐服务。酒店房间装修是明黄色的，看上去很温馨干净，有免费赠送的矿泉水和水果。总而言之，这是我第一次入住这家酒店，但已经真切体会到了它的用心之处，真正感受到了宾至如归的服务，留下了美好的印象，强推！！
