因为事先没做功课只好临时订房 还算是特价也花了750订了儿童房 有点心塞 但打开房门还是有惊喜的呵呵 全是kitty布置 女儿也算重温儿时旧梦呵呵 酒店干净卫生 早餐起晚了 随便吃的也不错 五星级标配的东西 孩子喜欢就好 总之感觉不错的酒店

服务太差！完全没有五星豪华酒店的大气和服务水平！三点多到店房间也没准备好等了半个多小时！入住第一天孩子们玩了儿童乐园，第二天却被告知要付费才能使用！请问星级的标准在哪里？！酒店还解释说是外包的，这个和我们住店客人有什么关系？！希望携程重视这个问题！
