非常不愉快的一次入住，下午五點check in ，安排入住的房間充滿非常刺鼻的公共洗手間和下水道味，是非常嚴重的那種，影響正常入住，請求換房間，酒店前臺不給換房間，重點是她們的理由是，好房間已經預留給其他客人了，這個觸及我底線了，其他態度不友好房間給差的我忍了，這個差別對待真的過分了，我想請問一下，我難道不是酒店客人？我沒有住正常房間的權利？前台小姐非常不友好，這樣差別對待我已經聯繫福容總部，希望持入台證的每個人都能得到愉快之旅，也請攜程客戶經理重視。

早餐很丰盛，每次来台湾都最先住这里，是老品牌酒店，设施不新，但喜欢干净整洁无异味的酒店，这个都具备，前台服务非常有礼貌，还有游泳池和泡汤，健身房。

廁所較擠，浴缸旁就是馬桶，燈有壞掉，但告知後有立即處理，男生的溫泉很好，但溫度不夠，蒸氣室也壞掉了，應該要維修吧！

因為新年所以訂了一個晚上的房間
當時訂的價錢還不錯
整體服務 位置都滿不錯的
當時入住時間已經晚上9:00多了所以沒有多餘時間可以體驗其他設施
不過整體來說很棒！
下次有機會一定會再來住
