外觀和房間落差有夠大，電梯發出的聲音有夠可怕的，一進房間2張椅子而對門口有夠嚇人，check in 不到20分鐘拿著行李就離開了，雖然預訂了2晚，半夜再去找其他住宿也不想待在這，四星不知道是怎麼拿到的，太可怕了

酒店經過裝修，大堂等比原先的桃園大飯店好多了；前臺服務態度非常好，這次住的816房間空調比以前好多了。

酒店大堂走道很新，应该是重新装修过，电梯和房间该是有20年的历史了，有点旧，墙上一个大玻璃镜子对着床有些怪，酒店每天都有班车到桃园机场，打车到机场也很方便，早餐中规中矩，听出租车司机讲酒店几易其主，现老板据说是和顶新有关，又是风头浪尖了。

床大，门锁还是球锁，早餐入住时服务员说10结束，9点到餐厅服务员说9.30结束，人要坐外面，也没食物了

優點：地點及人員服務佳
缺點：床太硬枕太軟整晚失眠、早餐選擇太少不好吃、柳橙汁摻水、餐廳衛生不佳抹布看起來很髒，小孩進去沒吃兩口也要收100元...
建議：床跟枕更換符合人體工學、增加兒童遊戲間、早餐飲料增加熱可可、巧克力抹醬
