櫃檯服務人員大小眼，晚到的旅客明日一早飛，要求提前通知準備早餐，但遇香港的客人還主動詢問是不是要提前準備早餐，前臺服務人員，這種服務觀念非常偏差，不但讓人失去貴飯店的好印象，更嚴重質疑貴飯店的待客是否有階級之分

飯店環境很不錯，後面有條小路直通捷運大園站，不要擠到馬路上與車爭道。
要注意越高樓層的房間，因為離頂樓機房越近，會有低頻振動，對低頻噪音比較敏感的人，請特別留意（因為我就是換房間的那一個$
