房間隔音很差，深夜睡眠時刻可以清楚地聽見隔壁房的談話嬉笑聲音。
人員服務態度很好，尤其是房間清潔人員。

優點是房間很大，兩間雙人床擺开還夠，但是確實有點老舊了，桌面燙壞的痕跡很明顯，插座數量也不夠多。早餐還不錯，門口一直在修捷運，路不太好走，雖然離火車站近走起來卻不快。

位置在中壢火車站附近，商圈多，很方便。櫃檯，門房，停車場服務人員很親切。大門入口不大不注意會錯過。
