该酒店房间小，设施差，价格高，还不提供早餐。管理混乱，到店后竟然酒店说没有房间，不知道有此订单，最后联系E龙网后才确定确实是酒店确认了房间，却没有通知前台。

酒店只有三层没有电梯，房间设施一般，面积适中，工作人员服务态度不错，位置也很繁华，对面就是王府井百货。毕竟是旺季，酒店不好定。
