  入住感觉还不错，室内宽敞。服务很贴心，我是开车来的，走时还送了停车卷。早餐也不错，品种多，就是当天早晨人太多了。

  优点：1）服务管理培训很到位，酒店各部门工作人员热情周到，服务意识很强。 2）酒店卫生打扫特别干净，房间、餐厅、大堂都特别亮堂，大堂配置小零食，茶饮很贴心！ 3）个人比较喜欢闹中取静的地理位置，虽不在闹市区，周边交通公交线路比较方便。 缺点：1）因飞机延误，疫情原因到达酒店近凌晨一点多，积分兑房升级没升，安排房间4楼靠马路很不满意。（第二天续房升房1318很安静） 2）接送机时间不合理，下午3点半就停止送机。 3）4钻酒店房间应有的一次性刮胡刀，浴衣没有配置。

  酒店品质很好，设施完善有自助衣服，早餐很丰盛品种超级多，强推牛杂汤和米粉，所有工作人员很热情帮忙提行李。酒店门前有一个超级大的停车场。看我带小孩前台小哥还给我免费升级房间，还给娃送了小玩具，有机会还回来住宜采凯旋酒店[强][强]
