酒店位置稍偏远，从火车站坐车到达一小时左右，不管是前台还是客房服务态度都超好，热情极了，不错。房间挺大，设施有点旧，卫生上还行，周围正好有修路，房间临街，晚上睡觉还是有点吵，定的是电脑房，网速倒是挺快的。

在旺季时西宁很难订到性价比高的酒店，出于价格考虑勉强接受了这家所谓的四星。入住前做好了心理准备不会太满意，没有想到房间内软硬件都太不怎么样了。地面上的污渍比比皆是，到处露着尘土毛发。配备的卫生纸扯都扯不断而且少得可怜，用来擦手都嫌硬喝掉碎渣儿。入住三天都没有人问一句需不需要更换床单被套。
