酒店位于市中心，交通便利，同事入住的，反应不大好，西宁主要都是家庭旅馆，相对于这样的一家酒店，其实还是可以了的，服务员的态度还是不错的

床的硬度合适、但服务态度不好！尤其退房的时候都不问顾客，直接拿押金结账！我们都说了刷卡，还怪顾客不早说、不退钱、不让刷卡！找经理服务员不找、还说没有经理电话你爱咋咋地！晚上要个衣架服务员都不耐烦！白天换房间发现服务员就坐在空房间的床上聊天！进去还骗我，说我的床没铺好！明明就是服务员坐的！
