这个宾馆很偏，吃饭不方便，入住当天2间房的被子都是湿的，说是让换一下，不搭理，当天晚上还停水了！服务态度很一般，爱理不理的，最气人的是明明入住了，尽然审核说是没有入住，给我把订单取消了，后来多次投诉后补单返现，所以以后大家一定要留好住宿发票凭证一类的证据！

青海旅游高峰到这地方来，真是没办法。服务一团糟，好几帮顾客在吧台喊叫。定了标间到店后竟然说房间给卖了，老板说服务员是新来的，，让我加钱住了套间，我直接无语了，套间、、、、、、 一股子霉味儿。想洗澡要注意感冒，热水不太好，但是无语的高峰期没得选择。
