服务员基本都是大爷，叫个服务员打了6个电话，才过去！房间网络基本不能用，第二天换了房间，待了一个小时，大堂经理说房间被别人预订了，让我换房间！换了房间以后网络还是不能用，晚上8点给前台打的电话，到第二天退房都没有人过去处理！还有下午3-4点打电话服务员在吃饭，晚上8-9点打电话服务员还是在吃饭，服务员吃饭没完没了？最差的一次体会
