服务差的一塌糊涂就是上面的两个女的，宾馆里破烂的，请到西宁大通来老爷山旅游的朋友们不要住这个店，住中晖假日比它好多了人和气房间也干净。

条件不错，设施齐全，周围吃饭方便。就是预约登记超原始，还停留在笔纸阶段，并且毫无规律可循，我们提前一个月的预约找了半天才找到，还理直气壮的告诉我们标间已经没有了，要加钱升级成单间。岂有此理！那要你预约有何用！！！最后跟他们领导理论一番之后，才免费升级单间。

就是一个招待所而已。前台找携程的订单竟然是通过不断翻几个破本子，最后还没翻到，大家都不耐烦了，前台也不找了说直接给我们登记房，结果按比携程贵的多的价格登记的，好在晚上发现了这个问题及时再找前台协商才按携程价格变更，下次出门要住便宜的招待所倒是可以考虑这里。
