入住登记慢，报了携程预定，房卡没有，大帮人只有等！刚入住，老婆洗澡，我在外面看电视，水就从卫生间流出来，整了满屋子，他的卫生间和房间地面一样平，打电话无法沟通，下楼找总台服务员，对讲机呼叫保安维修，联系不上，自己又跑到外面找保安，然后回房间等半天，才来维修！第二天，朋友发现眼镜掉了，昨天等入住时，放在前台，服务员说其他客人拿走了，总之给人感觉，这家酒店服务极差！建议大家不要住！
