当天预定的酒店，携程也有确认，可是到了酒店前台，前台人员告诉我没有房了，又说有一间198的房间，问了一下是我和在携程上预定的同款房型，可是我在携程上预定的是128，前台人员让我补差价就可以入住，算了一下也就补70元也没什么，但是这不是在酒店在欺骗我吗？同样的房型前台价和携程价的差价为什么让我补？后来给携程打电话，得知订单确认是因为有酒店的保留房，但是我就明白了，前台人员太不专业了，连携程保留房都不知道还要和携程合作，悲哀！麻烦酒店找些有专业素养的前台人员，不然客诉会很多！还有说是氧吧酒店，进了房间一看只是个摆设，没有任何作用！
