服务人员超级有耐心，一个小朋友的眼镜掉了，人已经退房，打电话回去完全没有推诿，服务好，，，但是说实话因为酒店可能有点久了，设施相对来说不是很新，但是很干净。

该店服务态度好，环境好，位置好，出西宁火车站广场步行十五到二十分钟就到，非常方便出行，斜对面的西宁大厦酒店门口就是各旅行社集中上车点，附近有大众百货超市，周边吃饭方便，推荐入驻。

酒店位置相当好，离火车站打车起步价，就在十字路口，交通十分方便！卫生比较好！房价也比较实惠！唯一的缺点就是没有空调，晚上有点冷！

离火车站较近，交通便利，方便好找。房间干净整洁，服务很好，因为我预定的房间没腾出来，酒店还给免费升级了大房间。给个赞👍 周边用餐采购也挺方便。总之性价比超高!
