晚上10点到，去了上楼不到五分钟，赶上了两次停电。14楼爬下去吃饭，爬到5，6楼发现应急通道被锁了。！！好不容易等人过来开了锁，11点半回来还是没来电，只有前台两个服务员在处理问题，要么自己爬上楼拎行李给你退房，要么自己爬上楼凑合住。。。坚持下房间才给做打折处理。。。没有任何应急处理措施。没有任何抱歉的意思。只是说，我们只是打工的。。。我们也不想呀。。。心累。平安住下来都觉得侥幸。
