这家酒店的加入有损艺龙形象。从前台到大堂经理态度都极端恶劣，被子和床单正反面两个颜色，要求更换回答没有，只好穿戴整齐入睡。没有停车条件。因修路找不到酒店，询问前台回答没有人知道怎么走，自己去问。气愤至极

这是本次西北之行入住酒店最差的一家，服务态度从前台到大堂经理极端恶劣，因修路导航找不到酒店位置，打电话问前台竟然告诉我们她也不知道，也没人知道，可恶！卫生条件极差，被子床单看起来就像没洗过的，要求更换竟然告知没有干的，只好全副武装包裹起来睡觉了，搞得人实在是心情不爽。

设施较旧，标间面积较小，临公路一侧灰尘较大（对面在建设），没有电梯；紧邻物流停车场、灰尘也很大，唯有停车方便，但要收10元过夜费。
