环境不太好，床头有烟头烫的洞，隔音效果不好，能听见隔壁房间的声音。离市中心有点远，停车场是收费的

1、服务太差，我们刚进酒店银行卡，信用卡，微信都不能刷然后无奈的去旁边银行取钱付款。2、房间的门禁卡是坏的，每次回来还得找服务员开门非常不方便。3、走的时候现场无法开，说是邮寄到公司，结果等了一个多月才收到，中间不知道打了多少电话。到这里已无力吐糟了。

总体不满意：第一，有房卡却开不了房间。第二，发票一直开开不出来中间催了无数次，一直拖拖拖各种理由。第三，大冬天的那个暖气简直就是冷气。第四，房间住了几天总是来不及打扫。。。。总之无语得很
