店家号称的免费停车是指随意停在小区门口的街道上，要停在小区地库需要10元/夜/车，这有个前提是得有临时卡才能停下去，卡发完的话就只能停在马路上了。住宿实际就是几室一厅其中的一间，话说床品和图片上的也差太多了吧，卫生条件是在一般，感觉布草什么的都不算太干净，总之凑合着住吧！

请大家不要上当了，公寓离市区非常远，没有停车位，自己在路边找停车，店家不管你。这些也就算了，关键是 一床大被子和褥子，估计零下10℃你也不会冷。盖上就一身汗，又没有空调。

老板和老板娘人很好。房间很干净有独立卫浴，离火车站很近。老板还亲自接送我们，早上还给我们做早饭。给赞。推荐！

极力推荐，初到西宁主人竟然还来接站，到住宿后男主人还露了一手厨艺，做的食物很香很健康，旅游完后主人还很贴心的将我们送到火车站。
房间很干净、很温馨，晚上也很安静。

入住这家家庭公寓酒店，第一印象，老板娘非常热情豪爽。进到客房太满意了，房间又新又大，很干净，应有尽有，下次来还住这！
