我就想说一句，这个前台我TM欠你两百万了？拉这个脸给谁看？还有言语那么冲干嘛？酒店有这种服务人员啊，酒店迟早倒闭，还有我每次来都住，就这次感觉我好像欠了你几百万似的，酒店啥都不错，就这个服务员我特别不满意，晚上回来另一个服务员给我说她开除了，结果今天早上退房她还在，合起伙来说谎，骗顾客是不？我TM的真的不想举报！！！！！
