【位置】酒店周围没有什么吃东西、买东西的地方。
【环境/设施】新开的，环境设施都说得过去，可以停车。
【服务】差评！
1. 退房时，打扫的阿姨说我用的毛巾重污，扣款30。客观事实是我只是把手上多余的乳液擦在了毛巾上，结果阿姨洗了后出现了淡粉色色块，说是肯定洗不掉了，这条毛巾作废了。我不认为这是我的问题，毛巾完全是在正常使用范围内的。一来入住时酒店没有任何说明要保证毛巾不能被弄脏，二来洗不干净是能力的问题，跟入住人有什么关系？
另一位退房的客人也遇到了同样的问题，所以如果您准备入住这间酒店，退房时留意下毛巾的问题。
2. 对以上这点感到疑惑时，我问前台ibis的客服电话，前台很轻蔑地说，“没用的，我们还在试营业，他们管不了”。
