说实话，酒店的设施，地理位置都还不错，但是服务实在不敢恭维。也可能是因为长假生意太好的缘故，前台接待员一直黑着一张脸，很不耐烦，好像住客都欠了她很多钱的模样。西宁正在创建文明城市，可这种服务态度和创文却是背道而驰的。

和朋友一起参加户外俱乐部走西北大环线，没有入住俱乐部安排的酒店，自己订的这家，楼下就是八一客运站，去机场方便，周边吃的也很多，到市中心楼下交通也便利，酒店房间大，干净整洁，设施尚可，第一天住的是6楼，淋浴和洗脸台的水量还正常，但是到了最后一天回西宁再次入住这家，安排的房间在10楼，两个龙头的水量小的不能再小了，并且两个同时使用时，其中一个基本就无法使用了，希望酒店能改善一下

楼下就是机场大巴，交通便利，房间设施齐全，热水也很好，去哪都方便，离火车站大十字都不远。前台服务一般，口音重的听不清，只好又问一遍，很不耐烦的样子

这家酒店是艺龙网帮我换的一家酒店。酒店其实是很不错的，干净卫生。在这里我想把真实情况告诉大家，这家酒店对外公布的价格是458（特色双床房），而艺龙网公开的价格是628，直接到酒店前台订房比艺龙便宜很多。这艺龙***太黑了
