太差了，定的家庭房，结果办理入住时说没有了，又说给安排，结果安排的是大床标间给在地上放了一张床垫，说这就是家庭房，另外在多送一张早餐卷，因为我不同意，最后没办法是把标间两张床拼到一起！住了很多酒店，真是第一次碰到。服务也差，前台让看的房，有客人已经入住了，她们愣说没有客人，楼层服务员都无语了。入住的时候还碰到一位已经定好房的先生，告诉人家没房了！房间有空调，但没有遥控器，问前台，她们说不提供！我真是无语了！！！
