比较老旧，位置在老中心，交通比较方便。无早餐，房间似乎有潮气，看了俩房间都有点异味，有的窗户在走廊上。床可以并起来，睡一家三口无压力。挪动床后发现下有烟头，终于发现异味来源。前台服务热情，浴室干湿不分，价格便宜。

工商宾馆位置不错，处于西宁市正中心，去哪里旅游都非常方便。前台非常热情，进来出去都热情打招呼。预定这家宾馆也是看到好评很多才预定的。住进去感觉确实不错。宾馆面积很大，床铺被套枕套都焕然一新，感觉很好。出来有小吃店。向东走不远处就是广场，市中心，附近有王府井百货超市，购物也很方便。唯一意外就是网上因为下雨忽然停电，所以没办法拍照片。第二天退房时间宾馆给了一条毛巾作为补偿，虽然礼物轻，但是很有诚意。建议后面来西宁市入住此宾馆。

酒店位于老城区北大街，高铁站乘16路公交直达，到大十字商场和莫家街步行可达。
房间卫生保持较好，设施设备达到内地宾馆两星半三星左右，欠缺的一是卫生间淋浴区域没有隔离措施，洗澡时卫生间内水不对称都是，二是房间没有安装空调，虽然西宁夏季也比较凉快，但晚上睡觉考虑安全需要关窗，造成关窗太热，开窗又怕安全问题。酒店三楼有个大晒台非常实用。
酒店收费不贵，和快捷酒店基本在一个层次。
