設施還新，近火車站，將來也近西寧地鐡。夏天可能會有點熱。吃飯的話可步行30分鐘到市中心，不過有點少距離。

交通便利，离火车站炒鸡近，附近有大超市。房间设施完善，干净整洁，电视好，液晶高清，呆在房间基本都在看电视（无女票），每个房间都有单独WiFi。（PS：无空调，不过西宁气温最高时都不需要开空调，影响不大。）
