宾馆坐落在西宁相对偏一点的地方，学校宿舍改建的，很有学生宿舍的感觉。房间设施较陈旧，但也还干净整洁。最无法接受的是，所有房间都没有空调的！所幸西宁气温比较凉爽，晚上挺凉爽的。

抢到的特价房。酒店位置就在高速路口，出行非常方便，也有付费早餐可供选择。房间很大。就是洗手间的样式一看前身就是学生公寓。房间里有个锁着的房间，不知道是心理因素还是什么，总觉得里面有声音，半夜有点怕怕的。其他的除了酒店服务员的态度需要改进外，都很满意。

设备简陋，但很干净，服务态度好，办理退房有点慢，那是因为我只有一个查房人员，赶上有几个旅行团时，当然就会慢了，希望多招几个服务员。住离他家不远，有个清真饭馆很好吃。
