差评！差评！差评！酒店没空调，入住的时候前台不提醒，我到房间洗完澡，发现空调怎么还没凉，打电话询问前台，前台才说酒店的空调是定时开的，晚7点到凌晨1点，我说白天气温高没空调怎么办？前台说他们酒店就是这样的，我说我办理入住时为什么不提醒，我要退房，他们说不行，后来我投诉携程客服，经过协商，才退一半房费，小伙伴们，一定要擦亮眼睛，我活快40岁了，第一次这么生气的体验！

很不错的酒店，睡觉主要看枕头，尤其是自驾游，自己开车一天，特别累，很想找一个舒服的枕头，这家酒店得枕头很不错，总体来说很棒了，推荐

建议下单前问清楚空调有没有检修好！入住那晚，开了一会空调，感觉到是吹的热风，问前台，前台说空调在检修，吹的是自然风，前台说可以把空调关了，打开窗户。打开窗户后（幸好楼层转高，没有私密性问题），窗外传入很大的噪声，使人根本没法入睡；关上窗，再打开空调，传出很响的“咯咯咯咯”声响。对此，前台连个谦意都没有表示，好像是很正常的

去西藏在西宁转车入住这家酒店，关注这家酒店好久了，最后还是选择宏达酒店，说实在话比我想象的还要好，前台接待服务好，房间卫生非常满意，离火车站近走路几分钟就到，住了两天非常满意，美中不足的是早餐时间有点晚，入住两天一次没吃到，早上七点还没有做好早餐，希望酒店住这方面能有改进，给早出门的客人有早餐吃。
