差评，很气愤，强烈投诉前台，发票给我开错了，还和我发脾气，早上退房开错发票，然后说没有发票了，下午再去开，因为这个我的车票都改签了，下午去了又开错了，还说一大堆埋怨的话，有这样的员工谁以后还会去住。
