预定的过程中出现问题，能及时解决。酒店房间挺大，但设施有待提高，晚上没有热水洗澡，还需要用热水壶自己烧

该酒店无德！！！定好的房间不给预留，为了多卖钱，把所有房间都卖了后以客人住了不退房为由说无房了；一般的酒店会告诉住客只能住到今天或明天，因为后面的房间已经有客人预订了！所以，预订此店的人要小心，不然在住客多时会没有你的房间的！
