酒店房间宽敞明亮，设施比较齐全，服务周到。酒店地理位置非常好，地处西宁市成西区的中心地带，位于湟水河与南川河的交汇处附近，出行非常方便，河景的景观非常漂亮。酒店旁边就是湟水河畔及南川河畔健身绿化带，距离北禅寺(土楼观)、人民公园、鲁青水上公园、中心广场、西宁体育馆等都比较近，步行均可游览。乘坐21路公交车到南禅寺及法幢寺也非常方便。酒店设有大餐厅，满足会议接待等用餐需要，同时酒店配有平价超市，方便客人。
不足之处是酒店房间没有配备电吹风，冬季洗浴后不方便吹干头发。同时酒店房间使用地毯，建议以后再装修时考虑地板或地砖。

该酒店实在太差，1、餐厅和房间混达我们到店时大门是被婚礼现场布置全占了，午休又闹，2、门前南川河经过治理但还是脏乱差，3、大部分都住藏民，看了就不舒。4、前台服务极差，询问也不搭理，更可恶的是本来下午两点退房、我们两点差五分到前台说明退房，服务员手头在干别的事，完了来办我们退房手续是两点过一分、前台服务员说超过两点要加收半天房费，我们据理力争才没加收，而且对网上订房优惠的人也很不喜欢，朋友们切莫上当，建议同程让该酒店下线。
