酒店在西宁市新建的西城区，周边很繁华，国庆期间共住了两个晚上，酒店环境很好，价格低廉还带早餐，酒店人员服务也好，就是离开酒店时要收5元停车费，不过，总体我很满意。

这酒店只能够说相当无语，入住告知我们能否将其中一间换成标准间，价格一样。我问及价格对方回答150一间房，我马上投诉得到回答你这房间就是168一间，我再问说好200多房间原来就是忽悠。客服说有正常利润，那么以后我一定不会相信你，换平台定酒店及其它服务，呼吁大家不要上当。还有酒店设施好些坏的，服务也差前台态度差！
