酒店的地理位置不错，离中心广场和王府井也就几百米的距离，正门在河边的小路上，不过长江路上也有一个门。住的特价房设施和环境都不错，还送自助早餐，性价比挺高，就是窗户对着外面的马路，晚上有点吵，其他都挺好的，推荐来西宁出差、旅游的朋友居住。

酒店各方面就不错，性价比非常好。就是服务有待加强，不知道是西北人性格问题还是怎么，服务员都不带笑的。早餐不错，网线上不去。

地理位置还不错，比较干净，服务方面感觉需要改进，因我进房间的时候地毯上较脏，服务员竟然说不吸算了，后面还是我要求才清理的地毯

酒店的位置、卫生、设施等都可以，特别是含早点，还可以免费上网，房间感觉也很舒服。特别是特价房的性价比很高。服务人员的态度不太好，是不是西宁人说话就那样，有种爱住不住的感觉。另外，酒店的配套服务不好，酒店内的饭店只能吃个早点，晚上不到八点就下班了，而且菜单上只有十几个菜，还有好多做不了的。酒店内部没有自己的小商场，或者小卖部，买点东西都没处买，周围没有超市。临时想买点东西很不方便。
