硬件可以，服务不行！到店门口保安吼着指路，半夜停电....退房时让小孩去酒吧等，干坐着没人给倒杯水。5星酒店不是砸点钱盖起房子就算了的

一定要看：办理入住时，信用卡刷了预授，退房时说房费可以直接从预授里扣除，不需要取消预授，多刷的钱会直接退还至信用卡，结果在本人赴机场的路上致电说，因为前台工作人员操作的失误，误将预授的金额全部扣除了，请问这到底是怎么样一个失误？？其实操作失误也可以理解，只要酒店方及时将多扣的钱退还回来即可，但一个电话之后就没了消息，以至于要消费者多次致电酒店前台询问，钱什么时候能退还？酒店方的回复就是，稍后会与您联系。等了五天。。。依旧无果~只能再次打电话询问。。。还是稍晚回复您！！！试问这就是五星级酒店的服务水平和办事效率？？？
