酒店设施、卫生及环境总体差,地毯不干净,房间有异味.服务员穿着不规范,态度一般.可以说是通过艺龙订住的条件最差的一次. 故不推荐.

住的房间脏乱,14楼以下是公司,上班时间人多,只有两部电梯,还有一台时常不运行,前台电话连续打了7个无人接,订好的是豪华标间,没有给确给的是一般标间,说的是含双早,最后结账还要收我们每人每天10元钱,

房间设施太差，马桶都不能用，修后还是一样，套房居然连小包茶叶都没有，房间很大一股霉味，估计已经很久没人住过，服务不好。

单人房的床不是所说的1.8米大床，是1.5米的床；标准间的空间还可以，就是设施有点陈旧，如果要住就住标准间，这里离市中心近，就是打的不好打。据说现在16楼在重装修，一层一层的装修，15、17楼还没开始重装修。还是比较划算的。
