住的时候预订是94的特价房，最后收了99，说是价格不同，打电话给携程反应，等了二十多分钟，等不及走了，卫生间连沐浴液都没，给服务员说了也不送。

新房间卫生挺不错的，订房时听到有窗，只是携程订房时就说没有窗的了。房间不暖和，怕冷不敢冼澡。
