服务态度较好，但晚十一点洗澡，水竟然是冷热1分钟一交替的，人性化的是交替时会先断流10秒，让你有时间回避，然后冷水喷涌而出，然后渐为热水。。。，洗手池还漏水一地。

卫生间很大很宽敞热水也是二十四小时供应的但是房间里面的设施还是比较陈旧，服务也很好，但是里面的早餐不是太好吃的人也不是太多食物感觉放的有点久了，位置还算比较好找，价格还是贵了觉得应该可以再便宜些。

没来过西宁，去西藏经过，本想住一晚就出发，但没想到房间小的吓人，还说是全国最值得住的500家酒店之一，笑话！360元一晚，再去住就真的是猪头了

入住的时候原订的房间没有了，酒店在价格没变的情况下给换了一个套房，感觉好极了，可后来又给调换成我预定的房间了，感觉有点那个。。。。。。。。。。。。。

<P>在西北来说应该很不错了，住的是豪标，房间蛮大的，干净，服务也不错，就是淋浴房的安装有问题，水从缝隙里漏出来。</P><br />
<P>住了3天，有一次骚扰电话，打总台投诉，小姐问知不知道是从哪儿打来的，搞笑的。</P><br />

清洁不到位（床单没有及时更换），洗手间地板被“化学剂”腐蚀，看着恶心，房间空气流通太差。但“酒店”周边的环境不错。
