非常不愉快的一次，的士开不进去，拖行李带小孩非常不方便。换了招牌也不说一声，走来走去找了几遍，前台电话也说不清楚。到前台了，结果前面一个人大众上面200元定的，我这也不能退了重新定，这点不知道怪同程还是怪谁！到酒店后有味道无窗无空调无通风，**，杀人的心都有
