换了一下发票抬头，前台主管嘴里一直骂骂咧咧，态度恶劣。就算是当时抬头我们没注意，谁规定不能换，而且还是在当月换的，就算是次月也可以红冲啊！本来是这个酒店的老顾客，寒心啊！
