不明白这家酒店评分怎么这么高，除了房间大外，并没有什么优点，设施较旧，房间没有电话，热水很小，前台只是一间放着两台电脑办入住手续的办公室，服务态度冷漠，想开发票也以打印机是坏的为由拒绝。因为在艺龙上交了担保金，离店一天酒店方还迟迟不确认入住信息，只好打电话过去，酒店方才确认。一路上在艺龙订的酒店，这家最差，很扫兴，性价比低，不推荐入住。

酒店的前台服务员，很好的。我们两闺蜜出来游玩，我把房间订成了大床房，到酒店后，免费换成了标间。里面很干净，位置也很好找，总的来说，不错。西宁的美团外卖是可以送到他们家酒店门口的。

酒店位置在西宁非常好，但地下停车场太大以致找不到酒店的具体位置！绕了好几圈才找到，望给个酒店在停车场的提示就好了！
