去办理入住手续，前台收银员板着脸态度极差，给她说了名字，她看了一下电脑说没订过，给她看订单才极不情愿的查电脑，等了老大半天，把卡扔在柜台，更气人的是走楼梯上到四楼打不开门没给激活，又跑了一趟，早上去退房，人不在又等了老半天。以后再不会订了！

酒店挺好的，位置在市中心，楼下有几家不错的饭馆吃饭比较方便，有热水能洗澡，房间也比较干净，性价比挺高的

酒店位置不错，离城墙不远，周边吃的地方也多。
设施已经陈旧，有待进一步改进。
前台的服务员态度很僵硬，好家里出什么事一样。楼房服务员很好，指引我们去房间。
楼下对面街上就是停车场，方便，但不敢包安全。
