酒店设施可能大西北就是这样吧，就这个水平应该是三星，五星确实太牵强，不过服务员服务态度好，帮忙拉箱子什么的，地理位置佳，介意酒店基础设施的还是不要选择吧！这里就是服务好，位置好，去吃小吃方便吧！。

这是西宁最高档位置最好的酒店。在中心广场前，花园式前广场。酒店卫生和服务都不错。交通，逛街都方便。设施陈旧，马桶下水不畅。淋浴水有点小。其余不错

酒店前几年还在西宁算不错的，现在设备老化了应该考虑一下装修了！服务方面尤其是早餐的时候真的要提出批评了，首先菜品质量种类跟五星级酒店的早餐的水准有差距，其次服务生根本没有主动服务的意识，菜品不够了不主动补充，再客人再三催促一下才会懒洋洋的去，很多酒店客人都在追着要餐巾纸，好多服务生就站着那里看着！今早有客人的小孩子不小心打饭了粥，结果服务员看见了也不去收拾一下，客人催了半天才不情愿的去！最后只有前台的服务还像个五星级的酒店，其它㤇不太跟的上了

酒店位置非常好，装饰典雅大方，设施完备，卧床非常舒适，房间干净整洁，服务周到细致，在大西北这样的酒店已经非常不错👌了
