酒店环境超棒，酒店服务人员态度超好。在此对酒店管家郭诚及其他几位管家表示感谢！我的手机屏幕摔碎了，酒店人员还带我去市里修手机，真是贴心，推荐朋友去腾冲还住和顺柏联酒店。

酒店距离和顺古镇很近，送了古镇门票，并且可以用电瓶车把客人送到古镇。酒店两个游泳池都是冷水，虽然是29度的天气，室内的那个因晒不到太阳，没有人敢去游。室外的水温被晒过后要好一点。房间里的酒水吧配了Ipad可以播放音乐很好。

对酒店设施环境装修风格都很喜欢，服务人员热情友好，服务周到。去和顺古镇随时车接车送，服务员还会对古镇的景点给予详细周到的讲解。

酒店没什设施，装修效果还可以，早餐没什么吃，住了两个晚上，茶叶喝了也没补上，但是装修显得比较旧，用材不好，特别是房间的泡池太差了， 服务还是不错的，毕竟一个晚上就2600元的价钱，如果以这样的价钱，我觉的一点也没感到是物有所值，除了服务尚可接受，其他的只能以太差来评价。所有房间的用品都是比较不上档次，那么就显得房价就是天价了，乱收费。

特别静谧的地方，二层的房间私密性也很好，特别适合休息放松。房间很大，顶很高，就是灯光很少，很暗暗的。
