酒店环境非常好，就在热海景区里面，有免费电瓶车送到景区门口。酒店设施虽然不是崭新的，但是比较讲究。服务热情，还有免费送到房间的睡前牛奶和点心。住在酒店可以免费泡温泉，晚上泡着温泉看满天繁星，早上看蓝天白云，真是惬意极了。有两点，接机要提前至少一天电话预约，儿童1.2米以上，要补温泉票和早餐票。

酒店的服务非常到位，晚上回去刚刚到店，服务员立即送上几杯暖心的热牛奶和小土豆。在整个住宿过程中许多细节上让人感动，非常满意。只是在艺龙订购中，因为是返现，在订购中由于上一条是花钱保险没有注意下一条是返现，没注意的忽略了，结果其中的一张订单就这样莫名其妙的被黑了137元。再联系客服，再去退单时已经出单了。
