之所以服务只给了两星，是因为非常不满意酒店餐厅。原本应该开开心心的年夜饭，生生被吃成了讨饭的……虽然事后酒店道歉了，还是写在了这里，是希望酒店管理者能够切实的改进，让酒店更好的服务于客人，真的做到宾至如归。其他方面如位置，环境，房间都还是不错的。
