设施非常好，早餐品种多时间长，赠送叠水河景区门票，房间还有介绍腾冲的几种书，但非常遗憾的是，其中一本的将近100页内容不见了。电视节目丰富。从酒店现在的模样也可以看出前些年腾冲旅游的盛况。

来腾冲换的第二家旅店（第一家虽然性价比高，但卫生间的味道太重），一到店，先安心地补了一觉。位置在叠水河景区对面，有10路公交车，非常安静的一片区域，但顺着河或顺着宝峰路几分钟就到国殇园。

这家空港观光酒店地理位置非常好，周边的环境也特别好，酒店建造的高端大气，早餐很丰富，停车条件和特别好，保安也很负责。总之对酒店的管理及服务都非常满意，绝对适合于自驾到腾冲旅游的住宿首选，下回来腾冲还会住这家酒店。

酒店坐落在叠水河瀑布景区的对面，环境非常好，酒店自己也是绿树成荫，我们入住的房间窗口就是一片小小的银杏林。酒店服务很好，早餐种类不算很多但是味道不错，有腾冲特色的烫饵丝以及稀豆粉。到滇西抗战纪念馆和国殇墓园只有500米。我们入住酒店还有一张免费的叠水河瀑布景区门票，在淡季时两百多的标间实在超值，非常满意。
