我是替朋友订的，朋友很赞酒店的各项服务，本来还觉得价格高。让我和朋友不满意的是艺龙。订酒店的时候我和酒店、艺龙都咨询过，艺龙套餐里有三千元的抵扣券，办理入住时酒店却没收到艺龙的信息。隔了一天艺龙竟说没有入住要全额扣除保证金！我朋友连二岁孩子都做了入住手续，怎么会没有入住！没有入住你怎么让酒店补发抵扣券的呢？难道艺龙不知道先和酒店确认吗？字不够写了后面还有个更气人的，我想我会考虑以后用不用艺龙订了

腾冲必住，强烈推荐！房间很大还带温泉泡池，泡池里能看到酒店外景，一片绿色。公共区域的温泉不能更好，建筑大气，服务超赞，43个泡池满足各种需求，还有免费下午茶。酒店餐厅菜品价格相当便宜，人均50完全够吃，味道也不错，酒店价格虽不便宜，但感觉很值！
