酒店算离市中心比较近的了，唯一不方便的是出门没看到车站，但是酒店附近吃的很多，这点很方便。卫生也不错👍但是家庭套房有点坑哈，不是啥子套房就是一个房间里面两张床1.5-1.2的，服务员也解释了他们就是这种房间，同程上有点偏差

酒店有接机服务。很方便。接机师傅第二天包车当导游带我们游腾冲。酒店服务很好。设施环境各方面都还可以！唯一的缺点，可能也是整个腾冲酒店的缺点。wifi信号很不稳定，可用的时间很少

这家酒店胜在地点好，到各大景点和机场都很近，交通方便，而且腾冲有滴滴服务，打车相当方便，如果每天只去一个景点，滴滴比包车划算。酒店房间硬件有需改善，厕所下水道堵塞，基本每天都得联系服务员通厕所。艺龙这家酒店是含机场接送服务，接机服务非常好，不知道是不是在旅游期间没有使用包车服务，司机不爽，告诉我们没有送机服务，还好之前有把订店套餐截屏，给司机看，迫不得已同意送机，但是要一早就把我们送去机场，权衡再三，只得放弃。如果以后有人选择这家酒店，可以不用考虑接送机服务。
