服务普通海底捞一样好到宁人发指啊！就在热海公园里，屋内直接泡温泉，私密性极好！专人管家服务，还能陪同逛公园。有空还继续来！

酒店就在大滚锅下边，环境优美。有室内温泉，会提前把水放好，并备有花瓣。晚上送晚点，早餐质量好。特别是管家小刘服务贴心周到。喷头设置不太合理

服务超级棒，温泉也很舒服，早餐丰盛能吃到撑，房间有花有水果瓜子和糖，晚上还会送宵夜，真的是非常好的一次体验。

在热海景区内，外部环境空气好，是个大氧吧，周边逛逛随时有观光车，非常方便，室内温泉池很大，管家服务很好，就是室内硬件略旧

假期家庭出游，预订v4两间两晚，老人小孩都很喜欢，连一向不爱泡温泉的老公也称赞很舒服。水质好，卫生，私密。服务很好，管家小郑热情周到，总是提前放好温泉水，晚上送上养生宵夜。v4性价比高，免费接送机，再到腾冲还会选择这里入住。
